In-house production
The Optiplast Manufacturing Factory has been operating since 2014. The manufacturing facility was equipped to produce shrink-wrapped PVC films. Several types of PVC cores have been available since 2015
Personalised approach
Our work is based on precise technology and quality standards, but our production facilities and experience allow us to produce customized products with nonstandard properties and characteristics.
PVC CORES
PVC cores are used for winding a variety of films and many types of flexible roll materials, such as labels, haylage films, stretch films, agro-stretch films, shrink films, and multilayer laminates.

PVC shrink film
PVC shrink film is designed for the packaging of various food and non-food products, forming group packaging using heat-shrink equipment. The film helps reliably protect products from environmental hazards and mechanical damage during the transport and storage of goods. The film is environmentally friendly and complies with all international requirements specifying migration limits for low-molecular-weight substances in food films.
Shrink wrap/sleeve
Possibility to pack hot products, as the breathable packaging prevents the formation of condensation. High tensile and breaking strength. Suitable for packaging both food and non-food products. Demonstrates excellent shrinkage properties: uniform and close-fitting of the product, easy soldering, even seams. Suitable for low temperature operation (from 80 degrees Celsius). Environmentally friendly and does not cause allergies.
Supplied: In rolls as a half-sleeve or as a sheet;
Thickness: 12.5 to 30 μm
Transverse shrinkage (TD), %: not less than 30 %
Longitudinal shrinkage (MD), %: not less than 30 %: not less than 30 %
Standard winding length: 500-750 m;
Diameter of spool: 76 m;
Transparent: Champagne shade (Optima Lite®), Violet shade (Optima®).
packaging labels
PVC heat shrink film is a thin layer of elastic fabric which has the property of shrinking when heated and covering the product packaged in it. The film is made by extrusion. It is used as a substrate for the printing of printed images for the subsequent production of shrink-wrap labels for containers with complex geometric shapes. This type of label can be used on any type of container: glass, tin, paper, cardboard, polyethylene and others. The shrink labels can be shrunk onto the surface of the product from simple to complex geometric shapes. It can be used to close containers in all 360 degrees.
Web width: 30 to 740 mm
Thickness: 40 to 70 μm
Transverse shrinkage (TD), %: not less than 48 %
Longitudinal shrinkage (MD), %: not less than 5 %: not more than 5 %
Manufacturing shrink caps
Heat-shrinkable PVC linen is used for the automatic production of caps for liquor, wine and spirits, brandy products, ketchups, sauces, packaging of various waters, including 19 litre bottles for coolers. The canvas is suitable for printing, so advertising and any other information can be placed on the cap. The film is adapted for dyeing in various colours.
Web width: 30 to 740 mm
Thickness: 40 to 75 μm
Transverse shrinkage (TD), %: not less than 48 %
Longitudinal shrinkage (MD), %: not less than 5 %: max 5 %
Colour: transparent with blue tint
Shrink wrap for shoe covers
When shrink-wrap is used in an automatic shoe-shrinking machine, the film forms the shoe under the influence of temperature, taking the shape of the shoe, suitable even for shoes with a heel. Advantages of this film are durability and economic use of materials, shrinkage to the size of the shoe. One roll is sufficient for a minimum of 500 pairs, which minimises the need for constant replenishment of the film in the dispenser.
The film is suitable for dispensers
