Sinergia is located in the heart of Belarus, at the crossing of the main European transportation routes between Europe and Asia and near major harbors.

SHOWROOM

Our showroom of packaging technologies and materials is the largest in Belarus. Up to 30 machines are being displayed simultaneously. The showroom has become a venue for practical conferences on packaging technologies for production companies and retail chains.  Our seminars, featuring in-house experts and guest speakers, are practically based. They involve hand-on testing of the latest technologies.

Our managers and service engineers use the location for regular skill development and qualification training.

On a daily basis the showroom is used to demonstrate packaging machines and technologies to our clients.

OUR TEAM

MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Department of Business Process Management, Finance and Business Intelligence. This organization unit occupies 7% of the staff and provides search, analysis and implementation of innovative projects and support of existing business-lines.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Each direction has its own product manager, who is responsible for market analysis, selection of solutions and communication with partners. The department provides promotion of products and guarantees customers the selection of the optimal solution.

SALES DEPARTMENT

The structure of the sales department makes it possible to assign an individual manager to each customer. Employees of the department in cooperation with other departments "construct" an individual, customized solution depending on the client's tasks.

LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

The logistics department provides delivery and documentary support of equipment and materials, both from the warehouse in Minsk and from the warehouses of partners, to the client.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Certified specialists of the department provide support in setting up, launching and service maintenance of the equipment.

HR Department

The department focuses on the selection of qualified personnel, their development, creation of a corporate culture and ensuring social protection of employees.
